The Small Group ministry is the heart of Seacoast and the
catalyst through which God moves to change our lives. Our
Small
Group Leaders and Coaches are instrumental in this process. We
want to congratulate you on considering this most important step
into
leadership.
Here are your first steps to get started:
1. Meet with your current small group leader and talk with
them about your desire to lead a group. They will be able
to guide you through the
leadership process.
2. If you are not currently in a group, talk with your Campus
Pastor or Ministry Director. Not sure who to talk to? Click

Worried you aren't
qualified for the job?
No need to worry! Seacoast has a
complete series of classes, resources and training opportunities
that will have you on your way to becoming the leader God designed
you to
be. You will be equipped with relevant training and materials,
gain valuable knowledge on leadership skills, and meet regularly
with a mentor
who
will lead you through the entire process. You'll need to
be referred to the leadership training by a Pastor, Small
Group Coach or your
current Small Group Leader. To get started you need to do the following:
- Complete a Seacoast Leadership Application
- Sign a Confession of Faith Statement

What if I've already filled out a paper Leadership Application?
We are updating our records to have the leadership applications stored in electronic format. Therefore, we are
asking that everyone who is either taking the class
or mentoring someone through the class to fill out this
application online at this time. Once you have done this you will not have to fill
one out for each course.

Where do I get the Leadership Application?
Remember that your first step in the process is to
talk with your Small Group Leader or Campus Pastor.
After they refer you through Mentor
Referral, you will
receive an email with a link to download the application.
You
can fill
it
out and submit it onine!
What happens after I complete it?
After your application has been approved, you'll receive
another email giving you a login and password and instructions
on how to begin your first online class. You are ready
to start!
