Mentor Guidelines:

Mentor Role:
  1. Act as a guide to person you are mentoring through one of the Online Leadership Courses.

  2. Commit to scheduling regular meetings with them after each online session. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the content in the course and answer any questions they may have. Each online session will contain a Mentor Guide that will provide an outline to follow for these meetings.

  3. Provide opportunities for hands on application of the information they are learning.

  4. Commit to praying for them.

Mentor Requirements:
  1. Complete the Online Leadership Application. This will be emailed to you once you fill out the Mentor Referral form.

  2. Currently be or have been a Small Group Leader, Coach or other Ministry Leader at Seacoast Church.
